高IO VM延迟。需要帮忙

建立了两个新的Nutanix CE 4节点集群，并且在IO上有高延迟日。我正在进行辅助节点。Windows和Linux VMS显示相同的问题。它们是戴尔C6320s。我选择了他们，因为他们以前看起来是精确的硬件妓女。拥有10G Ubiquiti Ediquitchs为背板网络和所有SSD，这是出乎意料的。
