    \nSync Rep uses the same underlying replication as metro availability, however, it is not supported as a single stretched cluster for Hyper-V. Sync Rep is intended for use across two different Nutanix and Hyper-V (or ESXi) clusters. There's a Nutanix Hyper-V storage guide which should be published very soon that will have some information. There are also details on the Nutanix portal.
