Hi, I just created a new account and wanted to activate the serial number for our NX-1065S-G5.<\/p>

I cannot activate because I\u2019m not authorized for the account associated with the serial number.<\/p>

The mail-domain from our company changed and the old admins are not here any more.<\/p>
