之所以发生这种情况，是因为Windows操作系统没有适当的驱动程序（Virtio驱动程序）来读取在其上安装操作系统的磁盘。

简而言之：

1-将Virtio和Windows ISO下载到集群中的图像存储（您可以使用Prism“ Image Configuration”或Prism Central Explore-> Image-> Images->添加图像”）

2-将Virtio驱动程序和Windows ISO安装为Guest VM的CDROM。

3-从Windows ISO CDROM启动来宾VM启动，您将看到一个名为“故障排除”的选项

This happens because the Windows Operating System does not have the appropriate drivers (VirtIO driver) to read the disk that has the operating system installed on it.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

In a nutshell:<\/p>

1- Download both VIrtIO and Windows ISO to the image store in the cluster (you can use prism \u201cimage configuration\u201d or prism central Explore->images->add image\u201d)<\/p>

2- Mount both VirtIO drivers and Windows ISO as CDROMs for the guest VM with problem.<\/p>

3- Power on the guest VM booting from Windows ISO CDROM, you will see an option called \u201cTroubleshoot\u201d<\/p>

4- Choose the above option and go to command prompt<\/p>

5- Get the list of mounted disk drives and navigate tot eh drive where VirtIO resides<\/p>

7- Load the drivers: \u201cdrvload vioscsi.inf\u201d<\/p>

8- see that drivers are mounted now \u201cwmic logicaldisk get caption\u201d<\/p>

9- exit and reboot guest Vm<\/p>

10 Af<\/strong>ter you login, go ahead and install the VirtIO MSI package<\/p>
