    I don\u2019t think we can un-ack \/ un-resolve, but I will seek confirmation on this and update here.<\/p>

    Prism alerts are stored for 90 days on the cluster.\u00a0<\/p>

    Tip:<\/p>

    You can create \u201cFocus\u201d views and select \u201cAcknowledged\u201d + other fields that are important. this way other shift team members can browse alerts for that time period and can filter out the acknowledged ones too by simply selecting the \u201cfocus\u201d view.\u00a0<\/p>

    You can create focus views from the prism > alerts page > select focus and customise your view.<\/p>
