Xi Leap also supports On-Prem to On-Prem datacenters\u00a0and has the ability to re-ip the VM upon failover when creating a Recovery Plan;<\/p>

I would suggest looking at Xi Leap. It is intended for DR orchestration that can be leveraged for exactly what you're looking for. It should be able to perform a re-ip of a system in the event of DR using a recovery plan [Link<\/a>]<\/p>
