Well, found the permission. It\u2019s \u201cView_Marketplace_Item\u201d. This is non-intuitive for a customer who hasn\u2019t bought CALM as the concept of \u201cMarketplace\u201d doesn\u2019t exist without CALM. Also, the message refers to \u201cVM templates\u201d.
